If you’ve been following along close enough on instagram and here then you know that I’ve been working on my smile this past year. For the longest time I’ve been needing to do something about my smile. Not just for cosmetic reasons but for overall jaw support and dental health too. You can read more about my why and treatment process here. I also shared a video and overall picture of everyday life with Invisalign here.
Today I’m super excited to share my new smile with you! After a little over a year of treatment I’m done and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It has totally changed my confidence. I actually LOVE smiling now. For years I hid behind this soft smile that showed no teeth. I even found myself shying away from conversing with others from time to time because I didn’t want anyone to notice my chipped teeth. So silly, I know. But this was my reality and how I truly felt.
Now not only do I have a smile I enjoy, I also have a better bite that no longer causes headaches and pain. I could not be more happy with the service I received from Park Dental. My dentist is amazing. Seriously, have never met a man so genuine and kind and so in LOVE with his job. He cares about dentistry and the people he works with.

The biggest change has been my bite and how my two front teeth come together. My headaches have subsided and my jaw no longer clicks like it used to when I chew, which obviously is a huge bonus and one of the many reasons why I sought this treatment to begin with.
My treatment plan took about 9.5 months. The cost was a little more than regular braces would have been. If I would have chosen the traditional braces route, my treatment may not have been as long.
I have a few things I still want to tweak down the road that will probably result in veneers on two of my teeth, but for now I am satisfied and very happy with the outcome.
I would recommend Invisalign to anyone that may be considering Ortho care. What was really amazing about my process is that I was able to work with my dentist. Some dentists are trained in Invisalign treatment, so I would recommend checking with your regular physician first!
