This snack is loaded with healthy protein and it will leave you feeling satisfied or wanting more. If the later, there’s no guilt in having a little more. Everything in this little bowl of deliciousness is good for you!
Best part is it takes little time to prepare and it’s something you can make morning, noon, or night! I will savor this after a morning workout or prepare for a midday snack. It’s good no matter the time of day!
The recipe for my Honey Maple Granola is below. To prepare the small dish you see here you’ll need greek yogurt, a banana, the homemade granola you prepared and made yourself (go you!), and a pinch of cinnamon. Plain or vanilla yogurt works best for this recipe.
Simply take your greek yogurt (loaded with protein) and place in a small bowl, add slice banana, sprinkle homemade granola (also loaded with protein) on top. I always like to add a dash of cinnamon before serving and BOOM, something really good just hit your palate!
Honey Maple Granola with Quinoa

2 cups organic oats
1/3 pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup quinoa
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 vanilla extract
Instructions

Notes
If you like your granola on the sweeter side simply take a pinch or two or three of raw sugar cane to sprinkle over the granola before you place in the oven.
